Changing a 3D Engine is akin as to uproot all yiu have done, the assets, the physics engine, everything and start from scratch. That is, suposse you are 3 years down the line in productionnand development.
Teaching your team a new tool, a new language. A new pipeline, a new engine. Migrate all your environments, related tools.
It is not feasible, that is going to Duke Nukem Forever territory.
I wish that, there was an easy way to just change that but unity and unreal couldnt be more different
