Agree with your point sir, thats why if and BIG IF Microsoft want to expand their gaming business in Japan, they need to also applying the "Keiretsu" principle, like sharing technology (ex : Sega deals for Super-Cloud Game), making partnership deals with Japan developer/publisher. The thing thats feasible for them now are expanding Tango Gameworks, one of Japanese studio they have now.
